Meet up with neighbors in front of The Commons and disperse in groups to pick up trash. Some pick up items will be provided. If you have your own trash pickers, gloves, and buckets, please bring them! Sharps container will be provided.

Pride and Pancakes
Join us for a joyful community breakfast in honor of the Stonewall riots and the trailblazers who sparked a movement.
We’ll gather for pancakes, connection, and celebration - recognizing that Pride began as a protest and continues as a commitment to justice, inclusion, and love. All are welcome. Come as you are and come hungry!
To save waste, please bring your own plates, forks, and cups if you can.

The Maywood Park 4th of July Celebration is a fun event and typically includes a community parade with neighbors followed by a city-sponsored BBQ.

Memorial Day - TAPS Across America
The annual TAPS ACROSS AMERICA tribute is scheduled for Memorial Day, bringing together thousands of musicians to sound Taps at 3 pm (local).
